We spent a wonderful evening here with friends. The extraordinary hospitality was noticeable right from the reception. The service team does an excellent job and harmonizes perfectly with the kitchen staff. In general, Jerome Jaegle is an exception in terms of his presence in the restaurant. He is always looking for contact with the guests and is not above supporting the service, for example by clearing the tables. His interaction with the entire team also shows great mutual appreciation and respect, which is certainly one of the reasons for the great atmosphere in the team. Lovely location, very stylish decor, brilliant service, attention to every detail and PHENOMENAL food and drinks. I’m allergic to alcohol so I couldn’t do a wine pairing but the non alcoholic drink pairing was out of this world! Never seen anything this creative and...I have tested many gourmet restaurants across the world. Alchemille was not only good beyond expectations it is one of the very few UNFORGETTABLE dining experiences. Possibly amongst my top 3 Right up there with Noma and El Bulli. Well done Jerome and team! We will be back again for sure!
We had a great time at L 'Alchémille. Overall the experience is very satisfactory. We chose the 6-course walk. Vegetarian for me. My only point of improvement concerns the main beet and lentil dish which was to my taste below everything else. Also I found the dessert arrived a little too quickly after the main course, 10 minutes of respite would have been welcome but I understand that the service had to end, we arrived late. This remains an exceptional place with very interesting service and flavors. We will come back :
Jérôme Jaegle versteht, ein Menü zu machen, in dem Fisch und Fleisch nicht wirklich die Hauptrolle spielen und das nichts verpasst. Der Genuss und kreative Faktor ist extrem hoch und in dieser Hinsicht ist dies eine sehr moderne Küche, verbunden mit fabelhaften Handwerkskunst. Der Service bleibt etwas reserviert, was möglicherweise auf die Sprachbarriere zurückzuführen ist, aber er wirkt freundlich und aufmerksam. Dass die “L’Alchémille” mehr als ein geheimer Tipp geworden ist, können wir zumindest heute Abend folgen.

What a discovery! There is a beautiful universe here, in an airy room. Everything is very consistent. The cuisine, surprise, is original and generous with impressive sourcing. Fast, pleasant and attentive service. You quickly feel very good there. The only regret was that a pithiviers was offered to us in addition to our menu, we were looking forward to tasting it and were forgotten to move on to dessert. A frustration, despite everything, in this experience.
A real path of discovery, both taste and visual. A restaurant and dishes that are off the beaten track, offering thoughtful, enthusiastic cuisine rich in flavor and texture. This restaurant on the outskirts of Kaysersberg offers a cuisine that is inventive and delicious, making good use of herbs and fresh ingredients. The dining room is pleasant and modern, and quiet despite the roadside location. A friendly welcome from the staff completed a very...enjoyable experience.
