Visited using the Tous au restaurant promotion and was not disappointed at all. The menu was set, basically a tasting menu of seven innovative and delicious courses. There was an a la carte for people not taking up the promotion. The presentation of each dish...was delightful, probably the best I have ever experienced. The service was perfect. Polite, friendly, helpful with explaining the unusual items on the menu, right down to the source of ingredents, and it was always timely, despite every table being occupied. Wine by the glass, chosen by the Somelier to match the food, worked well for us and was a reasonable price considering the quality. Overall this was definately not cheap eats, but...

Had a dinner here during our stay in this hotel (on breakfast basis so dinner was not included). Opted for the 4 course seasonal menu of 69eur on a friday night. We were lucky to have live music performance by local artists accompanied by piano...and cello. The setting, service, food and wine, all was perfect and worth the michelin rating. Meals are prepared with high quality products with focus on local products. I highly recommend this place for a fabulous night out!
We have been here once and the food was amazing. Friendly service, and it was relaxed and we both felt welcomed. You could probably spend a life time here just to try all dishes on the meny. It's pretty fully booked, and we noticed that...when we made a reservation on the internet a few days ago. We did get our reservation, but the restaurant called us and said it was a problem with their computer system and our booking was canceled. That was a great disappointment. We rarely eat more than once at the hotel we are staying in but the food was so good here we dined at L’Almandin every night 4 straight nites. We did this because the chef changes his “menu” completely every night which must be...incredibly difficult. The food was excellent, the presentation very attractive and the staff was attentive to every wish. We were really impressed.
Beautiful restaurant, excellent service, le chef exceptional. We have adored the food and the wines. Expensive but worth the price in a region with lots of terrible, pretentious and really bad restaurants. Agnolotti a l'ognion de Toulouges etc., St Pierre or Rougets en main course,...an excellent choice of cheeses served at the right temperature and a dessert of figues.
We went there two days ago for lunch to celebrate our son's birthday. What an experience. From we were met in in the lobby through the whole meal, sitting outside and eating perfect food. Super professional and sympathic staff , nice wines and champagne. Epic...food. For 30Euros per person for a three course meal, this is very very good.

You could see that at the 2 amuses but not in the menu. People think that a star makes it legit to charge high prices but it here it means to low value for your money.
