Chambres réservées en avance. Repas du soir aussi à 19h. Pour les chambres la nuit: le thermostat est bloqué . 19 degrés ok mais chambre humide , donc nuit pas agréable. Repas à 19h mais 3 services prévus: il nous ont forcé à manger le plus vite possible . Venant prendre les assiettes alors que certains n 'avaient pas fini à la table. Nous étions clients comme les personnes des services suivants. Mais traités au lancepierre . Très désagréable. Très déçus vu le standing attendu d 'un Mercure.
Passable local restaurant if you live in the area they do 10 CHF pasta nights a couple of times a week which could be good if you don't want to cook. Despite the name, there isn't really any ambiance to speak of. The food was fine the home made tiramisu was quite nice but there wasn't really any passion or creativity on the menu. I'm not sure Italians would come here. Service was relaxed. There are lots of similar restaurants in Geneva I wouldn't go out of your way for this one.
Hôtel chaleureux et pratique. Les chambres Fitness sont agréables et bien agencées. Literie top. Cuisine assez moyenne, très industrielle comme dans tous les hôtels du groupe, exception faite pour les fromages. Personnel plutôt disponible mais peu qualifié, surtout à la réception du soir. Ce n'est pas un vrai 4 étoiles mais l'hôtel est bien situé pour les voyageurs, donc on s'en contente pour de brefs passages.
I have been here for about nine years, and the experience was consistent positiw. the personal is wonderful and the brasserie is clean, comfortable and contemporary. the menu is the standard multi-year favorites that always come delicious. the prices are very reasonable and the place is very comfortable. if they are in the mood for some French pubs, l’ambiance is not disappointed. Food is good, fresh ingredients. Service is human, not fancy, just nice. In the summer, the terrasse (patio) is especially nice : not far apart from main roads, but it feels calm nevertheless, effortless conversation (a big bonus to me).
Parfait pour une étape du la route du ski. Proche de l autoroute. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Personnel accueillant.
