Gastro. Menu at 80 €. Overall very well. The products are of quality and the taste is there. At the same time for 80€... Please note, the plates are generous. If there are criticisms to bring, in my sense, the accompaniments are almost as decorative to make beautiful plates and the proportion of meat or fish and disadvantaged to the detriment of vegetables and feculents. The service is attentive, but a little long... and the head of the room was very stressed that day. Real disappointment comes at the time of dessert, certainly very pretty and worked, but it is not the raspberry season that has almost no taste. I found the small slices of insipid cakes and the little lemon mousse is to make...
Excellent meals but service to improve quickly: Ballistic beauty, our dinner is very well done. The cooking of the birch was perfect and the wine allowed us to greatly appreciate this very good meal. Unfortunately, the service must be revisited: the restaurant has just opened a few months ago I can hear it, but not getting rid of the aperitif and the cards during the dish are deplorable enough for this kind of establishment. The server of a very young age can start, but it should certainly not be hung on his phone during the service. The waiting for about 1 hour for the dish is also regrettable. We will come back in a few months to see the evolution. Thank you.
Just Topissime!!! We recommend this establishment For our Christmas evening we chose this year, the Table of the Year 2 and everything went well. Very nice welcome. Elegant frame. Refined and tasteful gourmet cuisine. Wines offered with the very well matched menu. A high-end service where everything was millimetre and nothing left to chance with a large kitchen but also human qualities that we find very rarely today. Thank you to the Chief for your sympathy and for the quality of our exchanges. A very big gentleman! Only one Envie... start again!!
