After at least 30 minutes without our food, the waitress came by to apologize for the delay. I reassured her that it was no problem; I always make an effort to stay polite and respond courteously to waitstaff. However, another 30 minutes passed, and a different person—presumably the owner or manager—stopped by to inform us that our order had never made it to the kitchen due to a printer issue, but they were now processing it. They comped my wife's fountain drink, which seemed more like a token gesture.
Eventually, after another long wait, our food arrived. My burger was cooked medium-rare and had lettuce on it, despite my request. My wife's vegan burger had two tiny pieces of bread for buns...
The roasted salmon was okay, but the vegetable options were mostly just carrots. The garlic mashed potatoes, drenched in cream sauce, would have benefitted from the addition of some fresh steamed broccoli and a baked potato. On a positive note, the spinach salad had fresh, quality greens and generous bits of bacon. The blueberry pie was a bit heavy, but the vanilla ice cream was quite nice. I enjoyed the Maine Lunch beer as well. The servers were very friendly. However, we were seated outside under a vinyl roof during a heavy rainstorm, which made the atmosphere less than relaxing. On the bright side, the other diners were sociable and engaging.
We had a fantastic dining experience, enjoying both delicious food and attentive service! We can't wait to go back and sample more items from the menu. I highly recommend the chowder and the little cuffs, and the calamari was cooked to perfection! And of course, we can’t overlook the cold beer!
Finally made it to the Landings and was very impressed. Nice menu, not just fried or all seafood. Clean. Nice view of the harbor. Our only complaint is that the sausage on the cheese and sausage board probably should have been cooked a little more. Delicious and we will back

Great Food and friendly service staff! We will be back for the other items on the menu! Recommend the chowder and the little neck clams.... o and the calamari was just lightly breaded to perfection! Cold beer on tap!
Food was good but they are short staffed so be prepared for long wait to get your order taken and food delivered. They did communicate that upfront, which is appreciated. Nice waterfront views as well.
The food is twice as good as the description! House made bacon is more like gourmet pork belly and yes even better with lobster salad. Staff is top notch as well!!
Nice restaurant near the water in Rockland, enjoyed their Swordfish special. Despite coming near closing time, the staff was very accommodating.
