"Like to go there from time to time, although it is a half hour drive. The food is excellent and varies a lot, mostly traditional German recipes with a special touch. Besides the written menu, they have a small selection of dishes of the day, which is worthwhile to look at. Last time we had a entrecote double for two, which was perfectly made (although not exactly German). Try a local wine from the Nahe region. Service is led by the chef's wife, friendly and helpful, without extravaganza."

mr.langendorf was a legendary chef in a legendary restaurant duck in Wiesbaden and one of the best hotels in Germany. he had fame, made very good money and was envyed by many of his colleagues. but he then told me that he would rather change this against personal happiness with his wife and his children. mr. langdorf was lucky: He was able to combine his family life with his new project: a typical but rather demanding farm/country inn almost twenty years, he and his wife see happier and healthier than ever! and his guests and moors are also happy: international and regional, sophisticated and old-fashioned traditions have married and merged in his kitchen. Es ist schwer, dieses Restaurant zu bewerten. Wir kamen kurz vor 12:30 Uhr zum Mittagessen und servierten um 14:00 Uhr unser Mittagessen. Das sind 90 Minuten. Keine Erklärung für die Verzögerungen, obwohl wir an den Tischen um uns herum sehen konnten, dass sie lange warten müssen. Die Speisekarte ist auf Deutsch, aber die Frau des Besitzers war sehr freundlich, uns zu dolmetschen. Die Speisekarte und die Spezialitäten waren voller guter Auswahl. Dieser Ort wurde von einem Einheimischen empfohlen, da der Chef/Eigentümer aus einem Michelin-Stern-Restaurant kam. This restaurant was recommended by weingut Doennhoff. It took about 20 minutes from the winery. Perhaps it also creates guesthouse, but the restaurant is really nice without looking at the lodge. Their wine list includes the top quality of Riesling, and the food is so good. I ordered beef steak, made with medium and good, but actually medium would be better. So, please order beed steak with medium if you want to eat beef steak. There are so many frogs, in fact no real frogs. You're dolls! The female owner received so many frog puppets from the world. How funny. In fact, the Michelin and Gault Millau restaurant was listed!

Wenn Sie Meddersheim und dieses historische Gebäude gefunden haben, betreten Sie das Landhaus und fühlen sich wieder wie im Wohnzimmer der Großmutter. Aber es ist der Rückzugsort des Chefkochs des berühmtesten Restaurants im berühmtesten Hotel Wiesbadens. Daher ist es keine Überraschung, eine äußerst aufwändige Küche mit den besten Gerichten vorzufinden, die gut präsentiert sind. Es ist ein wahres Vergnügen, dort zu essen. Da das Dorf in der Naheregion liegt, die für eines der besten Weinanbaugebiete Deutschlands bekannt ist, verfügt die Weinrebe über eine Auswahl an hervorragenden Weinen in der Region.
