I sure hope Las Fuentes open's back up after the torrential rain and flooding. We tried Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant one night on a whim and not being from the area we didn't know what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised and have come back many times when in the area. The grilled Chicken St louis and Chimichanga's are really good, and you get plenty of food on your plate. The food is really good, and the service is good.
Went opening weekend and ordered the steak fajitas. When I received my plate, it was basically just a plate full of peppers and onions. There was not a single solid piece of meat within it and I still had to pay the $19 for it. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chimi’s right around the corner. Better food, better management and better food proportions.
The New Remodel after the Flood looks good. The new menu, on the other hand, is not as good as the old menu. Me being a Pesatarian, they have fewer seafood options. Shrimp fajitas was my only option it came out on a skillet without that fresh sizzle my friend ordered a dish in the same skillet it was sizzling away.
Remodel is very clean but lacks the character it used to have. Anything could be in the space. Food is ok, but not what it was before. No batter on the Chile rellanos, odd meat stuffing when I expected cheese. Staffing and service were excellent, great chips and salsa. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Las Fuentes is our favorite restaurant in North County. Everything is terrific, from the homemade salsa, to the nachos, to the tacos, to the desserts. It's all outstanding, and the servers are incredibly nice and attentive. A great place to eat at.
The food was amazing and the salsa is so good so go to this place it's a great place try some other race it's good and it's awesome so yeah go here
They still have all the stuff on the windows like they're open but upon entering. They are remodeling. Put up a sign
