Thanks to Sylvain and Sylvie for their duck cutting demonstration as well as their explanations for foie gras! A smiling and hardworking couple. We were happy to discover their products on their farm but also to be able to taste them during the gourmet markets in the surrounding villages. Wishing you lots of good things for the future.
