We enjoyed the hotel's situation (in the old laon, high city, two fingers from the cathedral) as well as the hotel itself at the infrastructure level: comfortable and spacious room, tb equipment) the staff is all dedicated to you ( spontaneously up your luggage in the room.) the evening, we can even sigh up to 22 hours!!!). refined and tasteful cuisine, generous, value for money, very good.) recommended both for the lodging and for the cover.
I am totally under the charm of this restaurant which was presented to me by two colleagues from the corner it is not a gourmet cuisine but we eat very well the reception is the warmest authenticity there is the master word, both at the level of decor and the frequentation an address not to be missed!
sick twice after being in the refrigerator. burger very good but the second time the becon in the burger did not taste good. fresh or not I have no idea but we both were sick twice.The welcome is minimalist and the oven and work plan seen from outside is really not clean.

this place has changed well and we have found a refrigerator that is not up to the fryinges that we can find in this beautiful region! fries had no taste and were not too cooked. the reception was minimalist. far from the years "sense" ...
I have already had the occasion very often of lunch at this restaurant, we eat very well the meat is of quality, the friendly and pleasant reception. the imposing cold buffet, and with an important choice. continue! We appreciate it.
