Some years ago this was an excellent restaurant, taverne with a good choice and good quality food. So once more in Divonne, we went back and were extremely disappointed. Good things first: the service is good, friendly and fast. The restaurant stays also open quite late for the restaurants in this region, kitchen open until 22.00. But the worst was the quality of the food... the food was quite fat and oily, some things were not hot,.... So for the price you pay, the quality should be better. I will certainly not return.
This is the first time I have eaten here, we were looking to eat in another restaurant but it was fully booked. This cafe had plenty of people inside and they had a table free. We ate fresh sole which was very good, starting with a salad (a bit tired). Washed down with a glass of wine. The service was friendly and the food was a decent standard. Prices were reasonable. They also offer meat dishes.
After 10 years eating at La Div i think the quality has gone done badly in the last 2 years. I used to love it but now i dont eat there often ...... The food and service is not as it was !! And the service has moved to poor with the staff being indifferent at best.... A long way from our experience in the past where we we raved about the la Div. Settling your bill is an art form.
The atmosphere is good the service was good and the food good. We have been here a number of times with our daughter who lives in Divonne, but this time we were with a party of friends on a classic car trip from England. It was ideal for what we wanted a relaxed evening after a long drive.

Honestly, rather disappointing. Salad with goat cheese was medium good. I can do better at home. We received French fries we did not order (btw, they were soggy). Too pricy for what it was. Friendly staff.
Found the atmosphere very good, a little cramped for my liking and a bit too warm. 8 of us had lunch here, I had the muscles. Very plentiful, although I was ill that night and following morning.
Probably one of the best in Nyon, reservation and credit card accepted. Attention all menuùs in french, so you need a native to translate. Suggestion, go for the home steack, favbulous
Good value restaurant with nicely prepared food. Whenever we stay in Divonne we always choose to eat at L'Div. Recommended.

Be aware You pay for 5dl but you get a nice carafe that holds only 4. What a rip off. Should be reported to Police.
