Very nice establishment. The service is simple in the state of mind but very professional. The food is really very good: it's fine, refined, just hearty as you need. Coast location, nothing to say: the hotel is located opposite the Rhone and the port of the Roches de Condrieu. Budget note, however, for a small ticket: it is a semi-gastronomic. But it's worth them, no debate! I'll be back with great pleasure on the next great occasion.
The menu is quite attractive, with prestigious products and a gastronomic promise, and indeed we spend a good time, despite some false notes. The dishes are well cooked but not always very well seasoned especially, and the table could be more elegant. However, the wine map is provided enough.
Have stayed at Bellevue several Times in the past in Connection with wine tours in the Rhone Valley! The old place was charming and the newly renovated hotel keeps its charm and add modern facilities. The restaurant is good and the wine list real good! A place to enjoy!
