We have only visited Balaruc les Bains in more clement weather before but this time it was blowing gales and freezing cold. We needed lunch and hoped a restaurant would be open easy to park nearby fortunately we came upon Le Belouga. Although the general feeling was they had only just opened and were' learning the ropes' as it were we had a very good lunch. My companion had a superb steak from Carmargue beef perfectly cooked and I had the seafood risotto which was creamy, delicious and full of scallops. Si vous êtes retraités et que vous vous ennuyez ferme, ce restaurant est peut-être pour vous. 45' pour se faire servir l'entrée (des huitres) qui ont ensuite rendu ma femme malade. 45' pour le plat principal (qualité OK mais sans plus) et 30' pour le dessert. La seule chose qu'on vous donne à consommer non stop, ce sont des pub sur écrans géant devant lequel on se retrouve parqué. Pas exactement une ambiance festive !

family lunch, excellent grilled wolf with crunchy vegetables. The salad is very well served. asked for a vegan dish, okay vegetables grilled impeccable. We've had a lot of fun. the service was friendly though a little long but overall very correct. I recommend.

Un déjeuner très agréable en terrasse face à l étang avec un personnel sympathique. Une présentation des plats très bien faite.
