Let her down! We were at the broom and we wanted to take a break at 5:00. There were only yogurts to eat in snacks. The manager or chief says I can make one last waffle but I should wait 10 minutes. I waited for a moment, they forgot to bring it to me, better yet I heard them talking to each other to find out what waffle was going to eat. Fortunately my companion went to remind them that I had already paid him! Obviously, this one was already in the kitchen and cold. It's aberrant, what a mediocre service while there were not even 10 people in the restaurant. We finally decided to eat elsewhere tonight and found a restaurant worth the detour in the center of Ribeauvillé
Restaurant with good potential but many things come to ruin the service! First of all, no or little reception. The offers and proposals are not clear. The restaurant and especially the feet of the tables are dirty. The bar part of the salad offers industrial and tasteless dishes. We could expect the barrier better because of their long restoration experience.
3rd trip to the hotel but disappointed this year by our visit to Belvedere The viewpoint looks more dedicated to spa guests than to hotel guests. Very few choices and high prices Too bad because the frame is really relaxing.
Very well located place, with views of the 3 Châteaux estate! On the top level meals except that we were served 2 minutes after the entrance, the beer was hot and the lady of crate could enjoy but all is good

The waitress was very slow and not warm. It doesn't make me want to go back. I feel like every time she forgets us. I didn't have a good time.
Salad that bathes in the dressing and I had to look for it myself after 20 minutes waiting... a forget. What is it when there is a world?
Excavated by meals... beefs too cooked, gambas... good shrimp... too salty, it's not worth the taste
