a first Monday, 3:00 p.m. in arcachon, looking for a restaurant. The shamons went to the bistrochon. The welcome was rather nice but the dishes are a little disappointing. Red with basil crust and parmesan it is tempting but at the finish dressage is medium and taste is not there.
