Stopped here for lunch on the way to the south of France. They have a good, short and simple menu, a good and again short list of wines by the glass. The menu is a mixture of traditional Burgundy dishes and a few slightly more contemporary touches though nothing too 'nouveau.' I had a charcuterrie, trout tartare and boef Bourgignon with two glasses of white selected by the waiter. It was all excellent, I marked them down one point purely because the bread, whilst fresh, was not in the sourdough, pain de campagne style but was a quickly risen modern baguette, spongy and tasteless and not up to the standard of the other food. Don't let it put you off though, everything else was excellent.
