In this late March 2018, on a commercial visit to my Corsica customers, I returned to this original restaurant, and there, excellent reception, very beautiful presentation, and formulas noon 20 € dessert dish, 23 € dessert dish. The dish was excellent, melting, tasteful, tasty and dessert to the top. Lyonnais, I then discuss with the chef who also comes from Lyon, actually Georges Blanc and Bocuse. During the closing period linked to the Covid, the hussard improved and yet the bar was already high the dishes are prepared with perfection, the desserts are succulent Value for money remains excellent The restaurant has a sumptuous wine cellar, filled with old island vintages (which is rare) and pepites of the most beautiful French terroirs the sanitary measures are taken and a QRcode allows to have the daily map without waiting Thanks to all the team
The hussard made our wedding a pure wonder from A to Z, they organized our wedding on the beach of Mare é sole, everything was at the rendezvous, sublime decor, perfect meal, marvelous brunch and staff at the top of the top! It’s been a long time since I had not had a meal without a false note. The kitchen was excellent from the entrance to the dessert. The frame is very pretty. My 20-month-old son has also feasted with his vile. Entrance/plat for about 20 euros, very good value price. Thanks for the good time.
