For the air: 2 charcuterie boards and a small camembert in the oven... delicious! Despite the overall quality of the plates served, this visit is made up of small bemols; on the one hand on one of the 3 ordered ribs: piece with lots of nerves, on the other hand the 2 beef tartars were served without the pallet of condiments for seasoning them.
