Good evening at the Blue Thistles, I didn 't have the chance to taste the beef or the foie gras. I only ate seafood... There were 5 of us on this shellfish platter, very generous. We didn 't manage to finish... We had to reserve ourselves for the kouign-amann and its salted butter caramel ice cream . In short, for foodies or epicureans I recommend this address... Oh yes, I almost forgot. Don 't forget to ask the boss the origin of the name of his establishment... Earnest! As they say in Switzerland. Thanks again.
the room is very quiet and very clean, the comfort of the perfect bedding. the restaurant has marvelled us with these fresh products and home cooking. a great note for the kindness of the staff as well as for the boss who seduced us by his professionalism and his mischievous mood, to be recommended without restriction, we spent a great pleasant stay.
