What a great discovery in Vichy this restaurant is. A friendly welcome, impeccable service and what can we say about the cuisine... a feast for the eyes and taste buds. A simple and minimalist menu that bodes well for cooking with fresh produce. The chef is alone in the kitchen and it is open to the restaurant. I can only highly recommend Service: Dine in Price per person: €30–40
fabulous eating freshly made with a focused menu that is changed daily. large ambiente modern and yet relaxed. good service, pleasant staff. the highlight for me was that dessert: a biscuit with a homemade chocolate spread that is embedded with caramel flakes so that it tastes delicious, caramel sauce and hazelnuts. so worth the calorie.
