This address at a few places of beaune is a pleasant discovery...Menu very reasonable around euros encourages us to crack on good local wines such as Ladoix. and a cup of champagne accompanied by aperitif gougères. the service is discreet and very courteous. note both delicious and tasty beef paleron. a very good table and we will come back in summer for lunch by the water
superb plates, an exquisite ravine sauce with a veal head with a perfectly balanced meat juice, preceded by a broth of onions in which ravioli were bathed in a tender and light county, in brief a real treat. very friendly reception and cozy rustic décor with large open fireplace. I highly recommend.
