I went there with my wife, when booking by phone I was told that they no longer served after 8 p.m., that is. The waitress had a disillusioned look, I think she tried to reassure us by telling us that the desserts were already ready. The starter came relatively quickly (at the same time as the table of 6 behind us . On the other hand, we received the dishes 40 minutes later while the table of 6 behind us had already eaten their desserts and paid the bill. For the starter we had an unfortunate slice of foie gras and 3 slices of duck breast. The meat was good but the accompaniments tasteless. And the desserts were undoubtedly homemade but they came from the freezer as specified at the start of...
We arrived at 1:45 in Bedoin and this was the only place still serving lunch. We shared as a starter a plate of duck pate and smoked duck, excellent! I had the special of the day, a tangine of lamb, also well prepared. My husband ordered the beef steak and it was properly served bleu as he requested. I was particularly pleased with my dessert: fresh figs served warm, coated with honey, and with vanilla ice cream. We were both well pleased with our food, portions were adequate, prices seemed reasonable for the quality; I do not understand why others were so unhappy.
Small place in Bedoin which is easy to miss when passing by, but give it a try! We were there in 2017 and came back several times this year. Unlike other restaurants in the area, this is often a one-man-show: the owner is cook and sometimes waiter at the same time. His mood is great though, and he manages to create a good atmosphere around him. The food is relatively simple, but ingredients are good and well cooked. Delicious desserts and good wine too, all at affordable prices. Don't expect gourmet and sophistication, but who needs that every night?
Our default choice as all the other restaurants were either closed or already full, while this place was empty, and we soon found out why. 'Never eat in an empty restaurant '. You needed a magnifying glass to find the foie gras served as part of the entree, meanwhile the main course steak must have weighed all of 3 ounces. Being the only diners, we had to endure the bogus 'where you from? ' bonhomie from the geriatric running the place. We left feeling hungry, and cheated.

This was our second visit to this really lovely restaurant in the centre of Bedoin. Our salad starters were beautifully presented with the freshest of ingredients. Our main courses (a lamb tangine a fillet steak) were delicious perfectly cooked. Puds were great too. The chef patron his assistant are very friendly made us feel very welcome. It's great value for money too. We will definitely be eating there again on our next visit.
Very very nice discovery, this Flavor Jar ! Lunch there means letting yourself be carried away by the finesse and complexity of the multiple flavors that make up your plate. The products are organic, the origin of the meat is indicated and the aesthetic presentation is particularly careful. And if you add to that a very friendly Chef, what more could you ask for?
I was a little concerned that not many were in this restaurant, however the menu was good and we wanted something other than a Pizza. Why come all the way to Provence for a Pizza! The owner was very friendly and the food was very tasty. We had the €25 Euro menu and would definitely go back.
cleanliness of the toilet leaves to be desired, dirty dishes and having lived!... not friendly, respectful limit. fresh but uncooked vegetables and limited quantity. we will not return, cooled by the welcome and unpleasant distributions of the boss!
