Where do I start! I was so excited to see another great new concept in restaurants opened up in the West Island. The wide variety of deliciousness on the menu is super appealing to all - families and couples looking for a night out. We were 4 - 2 teenagers and 2 adults and tried a variety of items to get a feel for the overall menu. We started with an entree called Les 3 amis - chorizo sausage, wild boar and Italian sausage. Then we hit Le Blossoming Onion which was served with an amazing side sauce for dipping. It was heaven on a plate. My favourite was the Tower of Onions - OMG OMG OMG. We went to Bourbon for a family dinner and ordered house-made smoked meat in sandwiches and special salads. The service made us feel at home. The smoked meat was spicy, tasty and old fashioned. My father had been eating smoked meat for decades and decades; and he LOVED his sandwich. Glad to have a deli in Dollard that we can count on. When we're not in the mood to schlep an hour each way to Schwartz, we have a great unique, modern deli to turn to. We will definitely be back.
Place was empty but clean. I ordered the fried chicken with Cesar salad and regular French fries . The fries were great. Perfectly fried and perfectly salted. The salad was more like a soup. There was so much bottled dressing at the bottom of the bowl. Friend chicken was tasteless and it came out in under 5 mins.
My wife loved the ribs, they were absolutely great. The fries were wow-worthy. I had the smoked chicken, which was tasty and full of flavor. The service was great. We topped off our meal with their Bourbon cherry cheesecake, which was again great. We will definitely be coming back.

I had the beef rib..... terrific. My friend had the smoked meat sandwich. I tasted a piece of it. The smoked meat was as good as Schwartz' if not better. They smoke the meat on site. My other friend had the pork ribs. She loved them. Very comfortable place.
What incredible food from the Blooming Onion to the incredible ribs, Smoke Meat and so on we were 8 and all had different plates. Fantastic will be going back for sure.
The same family or team who brought us Abie's, a beloved restaurant in D.D.O for years, has opened a new location with a larger menu and a fresh name.
Les portion sont généreuses. Les plats sont pleins de saveurs et le service est très bon.Le Club Roll et la poutine à la viande fumée sont excellent.

Blah. Did take out on an evening, got home to dry, tasteless smoke meat. Wanted a kosher dill and was sold only a 1/4 spear. Won't be going back.
food was good has a deli menu and the hamburgers are humungus but good and their Bourbon fries are amazing...
