Excellent address in a very pleasant setting. Open Monday, which is quite rare, very attentive service. Special mention to onion tatin, to the trout of the screw, and even more to desserts (cévenole cup in photo) and excellent floating island without English cream replaced by a strawberry soup.All dishes are elaborated from local products carefully selected.An address to be recommended!Some guest rooms with a lovely swimming pool.
The place is very nice, but what disappointment in the plate! Put on the palate (a piece of pizza, a piece of melon, a pie with a crudely spreading tapnade, and a tomato/cheese peak that was felt that the cheese had dragged to the heat), to the dish (canard parmenter, served with a sauce that was only duck fat, the confit was full of whole pepper grains and with a few small pieces of dessert I'm not recommending this place.
Restaurant sur la route entre Ganges et Sumène, tranquille nous y sommes allés en soirée pas beaucoup de tables, réservation conseillée. Nous nous sommes régalés, surtout que sur Sumène il n’y a pas beaucoup de restau. Et bien belle surprise dans ce restaurant, où le service était parfait et convivial . Prix très correct pour ce genre de prestation, sans être excessif . N’hésitez pas

Have lunch with family/friends. Quiet outdoor terrace, on a backdrop of cicadas and staff smiles. A frugal and local meal, an ideal setting, a landscape on a postcard background. Try for those who want to eat!
Very good reception, in a very pleasant setting. An original map with local products, with the list of these producers, very well highlighted by the chef. I strongly recommend this facility.
