We went there at an hour when there was normally no service but we tried to do it because we just wanted to eat some oysters and shrimp on the chip, a spontaneous urge but not too much temp. and the restaurateur was super nice to welcome us and super fast while telling us great anecdoctes and oyster knowledge. He made us a table between lovers and hop we could taste some oysters and shrimp. simple, efficient but joyous. He even made us taste the salmon he smoked himself for free. We have so much appreciated the authenticity of the restorer and its place. he is passionate and his kitchen is made home with fresh products chosen with seriousness. We feel like he doesn't sell kitchen but he like...
