A must-have for a 100% Cantal experience: drunk, pounti, truffade, dirty...to accompany a meat that has only had to cross the fence to find itself in the plate. The kindness of the family that holds this institution of the valley is the pride of the excellent meal we have made down. And special mention for Luc's honey sold on site!
