On our short visit to Percé we were looking to have some quick lunch, being a touristy area there were many options for lunch but all seemed very expensive; we read the menu and decided it would be a good place for soup and sandwich. The soup didn't appeal to either of us so I took the "fondue parmesan" and my bf had the chicken burger. Well, first off we sat outside but weren't waited on, so we went inside after 10 mins. We were told to sit anywhere. Our waitress was rude, kept repeating the same thing when I asked her to explain a menu item that I had never heard of before basically giving me the "duh you should know this". I stumbled over this place when I camp in perce in 2020. they have an ice place on the left side of the caffe. they had mangosorbet and vanille (almond milk base). when we came back in aug 2021, they had to serve ice cream themselves. although my family and I have been planting for 4 years, I was skeptical as it would taste, but I was so curious that I decided to go for it. they had 3 aromes. all berries, strawberry and a triple mix. it was delicious! so rich and creamy! the best not milcheis! I had both strawberry and strawberry and it was delicious! my family and I went there every day during our stay and it was such a nice tasty bite in a city where vegan options are extremely limited!
Loved everything here. We were greeted as we walked in. Substituted on our order, at no extra cost. Served well and speedily at the table. We ordered the Chicken Clubs. One with poutine, one with onion rings, and everything tasted great. We forgot our bottles of water to drink, as we were excited to eat, and there was no problem bringing them to our table. The decor was great, and it was very clean too. We would definitely recommend this place, and will return !!! Next time we'll even save room for ice cream !!!
My boyfriend and I came across this restaurant while exploring the city and we are so happy we did! We decided to try the fish and chips along with some onion rings. Both dishes were served hot, fresh, and had great flavor. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other nearby restaurants. The restaurant is conveniently located across from the boardwalk, so it gets a lot of foot traffic. They have indoor seating, a front terrace, and a small ice cream counter to the left. Amazing tastes, very reasonable price for the quality you get, friendly staff. The seafood is fresh and well prepared. The portions are quite generous and everything is paired nicely to enhance the flavour. The only reson I am not giving 5 stars is because it was a bit hard to get someone to come back to see us after ordering, and there is only one bathroom per gender even if it is always super busy in the summer.
Went here several times. Their ordering and serving system works really well. The staff is very helpful ,well organized and even went to the trouble of bringing a bowl of water for my dog. The fish soup is really tasty, reminded me of fish soup in Costa Rica. And the lobster rolls are perfect, big chunks of lobster, just enough lettuce and the traditional toasted bun. Be sure to ask for extra mayo on the side.
We were there during a busy summer evening. We had to wait a bit for a table, no issues.We shared a Cesar salad and pizza.Salad was good, except they used fake bacon bits, maybe it's to keep the vegetarians happy ??Pizza was good for a seafood restaurant.Would recommend and return when in town.
