La cuisine est très bonne, mais très déçue par le prix des options vegan qui ne me semblent pas justifiés. Par exemple, pour veganiser un gratin, il faut rajouter 2€ pour le fromage végétal 2€ pour la crème de soja, soit 4€ au total ! C'est dommage de ne pas inciter davantage la clientèle à choisir les options végétales, d'autant plus que cela n'est a priori pas justifié, la creme de soja ne doit pas coûter bien plus cher que la crème de lait de vache.
Very knowledgeable staff menu is not marked but she knew everything that was or could be made gf off the top of her head. Small menu overall but most options are or can be gf. I had the grilled vegetables with house made kimchi and the beef carpaccio with potatoes both were great! The grilled veggies appetizer is a must it was so good. No gf bread that I know of but didn’t need it.

Stopped in for a drink and an early dinner before my train. Most of the menu can be accommodated gf. I had a butternut squash soup and a Caesar salad. They have bread but need to know in advance to defrost it- I.e. if you stay here for breakfast the waiter said you can just let them know. Very aware and accommodating.

A beautiful, small hotel restaurant. The waitress is gluten intolerant and understood the needs of someone with Celiac Disease. I ordered a Poke Bowl, which was the special, and the chef made up a different dressing for me that wouldn’t have soy sauce. It was perfect!
The brunch is copied and very good (super quiche vegan the houmous and the tapioca vegan are excellent). Some vegan pastries available (including a blueberry muffin).
