Refined cuisine with research into flavors. The products are very well presented. As a starter, an exquisite and delicious broccoli soup, as a main course the fish was tender and subtly accompanied by aromatic young shoots, and as a dessert an ultra light fromage blanc mousse. The homemade bread is very appreciable. The quantities are just right, you don't leave hungry. Plus a menu that changes every week and local products!
