Pretty awful. My sister and I stopped by on a cold day and ordered some coffee and hot soup. The coffee came out pretty quick, but after waiting and waiting for the soup, we finally gave up and asked if we could just pay for the coffee and cancel the soup. The bartender who was cashing us out said their kitchen had closed an hour ago and that nobody was planning to bring us soup at any time. I definitely wouldn't go back.
