Really disappointed with the restaurant. Waiter TOO comfortable, speaks as if we were his friends, sticks his nose in the glasses to find out what is in them, takes the cutlery out of the back pocket of his shorts, plays with the children on the beach during his service... Drinks not cold and without bubbles, even after asking for another one. Not even a gesture when paying... No bread or water. Very long service, except for regulars. More than 30 minutes of waiting just for our order to be taken! When we finally manage to call out the waitress, she growls at us WITHOUT APOLOGIZING, saying that she takes care of the restaurant alone. Fact proven false she had 2 other colleagues. First rule of customer service: apologize even if it's not your fault. I have been coming to this restaurant regularly when I visit my grandparents for around twenty years. Yeah, if the location, the exceptional view and the sunset weren't there, the restaurant would have already been deserted a long time ago. The first evening, it was OK, nice server, average but OK meal. The second evening, reception and deplorable service. No respect for the customer. Moral, we must not confuse tourism and emigration!
