during the polar nights, they organized an evening outside on their heated terrace. a super gourmet dinner 5 services that seemed to be a 10 services! the dishes were delicious, well-presented and tasty. among them: scallop ceviche, tartare, smoked salmon, bavette, duck, soup trio, charcuterie and homemade marinades, terrines, caramelized marshmallow, iced dessert with absolutely incredible basil and I probably forget many! the service was excellent, they even decided to transfer everyone inside during the evening seen the temperature quite cold outside to ensure our comfort. Wait a little long. However, for some of the other people who accompanied me, it was not as wonderful as experience. The pheasant was too cooked for two people and the lamb square was disappointing, since the meat piece was too fat.To finish, the sausage plate house, was excellent according to the one who took it.I would go back to eat a tartare, but I would ask for another accompaniment.
I organize events at three rivers and I choose this place every time to eat the noon. the host table is original and diversified. Even bread is a delight. the dishes are very appreciated and the service is friendly. I'm going back to the closed eyes. the rooms are also perfect for training or other events depending on size.

elegant place with varied and pleasant menus to enjoy. there is a bistro section and a restaurant, each with their terrace. They're proposing the Met-vin agreements. The wine list is honest. The friendly and affable staff. large parking on site and free. Better book ahead.
This place has a unique personnel servicing the customers. They make you feel welcome and serve the customers with happiness. Fine cuisine and Claude's specialty is certainly the duck.
