We arrived at four without reservation, a Sunday noon after the rope visit. It was full, but we were released an improvised table in the veranda. Service and reception are very pro. The menu is minimalist (3 admissions, 3 dishes, 3 desserts), but it's good sign.We took the flat/dessert formula. the aperitives are accompanied by 2 basil pestos and excellent house tomato. a refreshing mouthing was served. still wondering how i was not aware of this restaurant so far; this is truly a pleasure with a simple but innovative food, served by a wonderful team of youngsters...the oldest is 23 I heard...the quality of the food and the service means you dont need to get that experienced to be successful but you need to be good, innovative and bring a top service. will be back
