We were staying in the hotel for two nights and because of the ambiance and the care shown by the hotel staff we thought we would take advantage of their restaurant. SO GLAD WE DID. What an experience! We stuck to the set menus, choosing a different one each evening, and each evening had the selected wines to go with the food. The menus were not cheap but my goodness, we got what we paid for. Every course was a work of art and a culinary delight with flavours bursting in the mouth. It is almost impossible to select a favourite serving but if I was forced I would have to say the razor clams and also the pigeon, both of which, like the rest of the meals were amazing. Just fabulous. This hotel combines the conviviality of a family home and the elegance of a boutique hotel. The price quality ratio is excellent, both at room level and at the level of exceptional products (locaux and season) served. I have been staying there regularly for 5 years and I am never disappointed, on the contrary. It has become a must in the region for me. Thanks to the whole team!
We spent a night at Hotel Le Centenaire for my birthday. We took advantage of a wine tasting, from the meal to the gourmet restaurant. A time of exchange and sharing that has touched us. The staff is smiling and listening. Thank you to Chloé and Mathieu for this moment. We will return with pleasure

In fact we had dinner at the Outdoor Terrace. Great atmosphere. Noted, long service, irrelevant, but the table not put in the right. I think it's a new team. But the salads were excellent. I strongly recommend.
