a warm welcome from irenė who heard our request to be placed closest to the watershed. A young couple, passionate about their crafts and oyster love, makes us discover the ostreiculture. We have enjoyed ourselves with their oysters filled with bouzigues as well as a beautiful discovery of a delicious assortment of their gratinated oysters.
