a restaurant to discover. an exceptional card: simple and effective. rich dishes, exceptional traditional cuisine. the attriaux are fine, tasty, cyuirs in a wine sauce (of the world) that caramelize carrots and onions. the accompaniment of polente is rich, full of flavors. and there are still a lot of à la carte dishes to discover. passing through the clusaz, we were tempted by this very well noted facility and I confirm the recommendations of other customers. The chalet is really authentic, the kitchen is delicious. a real immersion in savoy and his specialties. the fondue was particularly successful and the really nice staff. a faultless one that makes you want to come back again and again.
