Le Champlain Fairmont Château Frontenac

I recently had brunch at the Champlain Room at the Chateau Frontenac. The staff showed excellent knowledge of Celiac disease, food preparation, and ingredients. A lot of the food options were already gluten-free. They made sure that I could enjoy the brunch buffet safely by accommodating my dietary needs and preventing cross-contamination. They went above and beyond by preparing a plate to my specifications in the kitchen and bringing it to my table. The staff was very accommodating and helped make my brunch experience truly amazing.

I inquired with our waiter about dietary options, and he assured me that the chef would accommodate any modifications. They offered me tasty gluten-free bread and a delightful amuse-bouche. I opted for the octopus appetizer and lamb entrée, both of which were excellent. Although there were limited dessert choices, I found the overall dining experience to be well worth it!

The restaurant is very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. We did not do the tasting menu but did 2 appetizers (foie gras was okay but La Continental Restaurant’s was much better . The scallops were good but wouldn’t order them again. Red deer steak was delicious.

Oh my...this meal was incredible. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, offering gluten-free options for anything on the menu. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. This was by far the best meal I've had in a long time!

The staff was amazing!!! Food was excellent. They do everything great when he comes rk Celiac wish the rest of the world would be trained like they are here in Quebec City.
