We arrived late at the hotel, so thankful they can find us a table. food and wine were excellent but the organization needs a little attention. our order was confusing, just like that of a couple at the next table, the requests for missing things at the table were not processed, etc. It's a shame because it's a very good meal in a good restaurant. the à la carte menu is supported by good menus at fixed prices and the wines of the house are all good. the staff is nice and hospitable and works very hard. very pleasantly surprised by this self-catering gourmet restaurant at the mercury hotel. We had dinner at the hotel during our night. the room is spacious, and the time allowing us to dine on the terrace near the pool. the dishes are excellent, original and served with a smile by competent staff.
