yes, in the did both were available as starters in the le chaudron restaurant; the crème brulée with salmon and the apfelstrudel with foie gras at the first opportunity we visited. my partner enjoyed the salmon and parmesan brulée, but I choose the chicks gratin with. a busy dressing. at 12 and 10 euro these were aimed at the higher priced starter available. we were three in the party and the nets that were chosen were the wild wild boar, the pork filet mignon and skallops with nuts and a Hawaiian butter sauce. these were all very well cooked and very tasty meals and enjoyed by ourselves. the prices were 22 or 23 euro, which led to the higher end of the cursor prices. we could have chosen fr...
