His service was charming and attentive. the sauerkraut and the delicious veal kidneys and other specialties and suggestions as necessary! brief all ingredients were present for a more than successful lunch. a winstub among so many others in strasbourg but a beautiful discovery last night! prices are slightly high, but everything else is impeccable: small, friendly room and good authentic atmosphere, impeccable service (a dish is tightened in the wake when the first was not hot enough), and excellent food among a choice of recipes including classics but also originalities like the cold pot salad with fire!
