In the middle of the Easter weekend, I enjoyed the originality of the hibiscus cremant (very delicate), asparagus velvety, the Vosges salad and its vinaigrette as a pesto tint and the rum cap for dessert. a pity that some dishes were no longer available and my salad arrived too early with lardons and cold crusts qd I ate it (I wanted it in platter, it arrived with the entrances. )
Absolutely amazing! a reception and a service at the top, you feel like at home, make it comfortable immediately. What do you mean? Absolutely perfect... paradise in the mouth (no I do not exaggerate! . And otherwise the Petsch mango bears its name... delicious and petsch at will... we will come back to try all the Bravo card
