We arrive at 7 just before the closure, the boss tells us that the kitchen is closed, we advise a nearby establishment to satisfy us, but we really wanted to eat a couscous.... He asks us to wait 1 min and 30 seconds later offers us to settle with a big smile. IMPECCABLE service, smile, helpful... The couscous was sensational, the best we had to eat. If you want to eat an excellent couscous and be served as kings (or sultans), don't look and go. Our next trip to Saint Maxime will take place by going to the Beldi counter.

We went on Thursday 12 to 8 pm Home memorable, servers/servers have a smile and humor. Attention is given to children and it is rare in restaurants. Couscous is delicious. I took the royal couscous: the portions are generous and well seasoned. Thank you all for your welcome, if we return to a holy day Maximus we will return with pleasure because we will be sure to have a good time and to eat well!

Friendly restaurant, very good reception and conviviality. Service and servers with little care. My husband and I ate a good couscous with very well prepared vegetables, but a very small detail makes me put 4 stars instead of 5: the steam cook missed from the semolina.
