For the salmon risotto this one was still raw at the core. The shallot sauce accompaniment to the piece of beef was cold and without consistency, the meat not great. As for the fries: they're still frozen... So there are a lot of small pieces that we have to sort and since the rations are already not very large, zero.... Overall the dishes were not hot.
