Ristorante molto ricercato situato a Montmarte. Staff gentile e molto disponibile all'esposizione del piatto. Personalmente molto bella la zona di fronte la cucina, in cui è situato un bancone adibito al servizio, da cui si può osservare la preparazione e l'accuratezza dell'impiattamento delle portate. Lo chef sempre presente a visionare il lavoro dello staff. Il ristorante offre un menù di pollame, con una carta dei vini discreta ma adeguata alle preparazioni.È necessaria la prenotazione, possibile anche via mail, come nel mio caso.Ritornei sicuramente, ben sapendo che si spende con un antipasto diviso in due, un secondo ed un dolce a testa, accompagnato da una bottiglia di vino, circa 80€...

Very overdue review as we dined here in January. It was a late table because it was a Friday night but it was brilliant. The chicken was the most tender and flavoursome I have had in a restaurant so I asked how the chef did it (may have been the head chef or at least the chef I charge that night - he was doing his orders at the open kitchen bar where we were sat after we ate) and I have started cooking all my chicken this way. So delicious!! Service was a touch on the slow side given the time of night and the area we were sat but the chef saw that and helped out by clearing our plates and serving our dessert. Very highly recommend in the beautiful Montmartre area of Paris. Thank you!

This establishment is the epitome of a fine dining restaurant. Staff is very kind to tourists. Our server was very kind and brilliantly audacious to suggest the fowl (we were planning to just get the standard chicken). The fowl was absolutely juicy and flavorful. Hands down the best rotisserie chicken I have ever had. The sides perfectly accompanied the the main entree. I will say that you shouldn't order the salad if you don't like it very acidic. Foie gras and l'isle flottante are also as amazing as they look.

Ons 2de bezoek aan dit restaurant was een héél teleurstellende ervaring. We lieten ons adviseren bij de keuze van onze gerechten, maar dit was helemaal niet wat we verwacht hadden. Le Poule de Bresse die we bestelden was taai en droog en we kregen achteraf een gepeperde rekening van 206 euro voorgeschoteld. Hadden nooit gedacht, dat kip zo duur kon zijn. Restaurant agréable, service accueillant. Toujours sympa de voir les volailles rôtir ou etre découpées.Nous avons aime l'œuf en entrée (superbe!), la pintade et le poulet. Le tout est très copieux : d'ailleurs, nous n'avions plus de Place pour les desserts (eux mêmes avaient l'air tout aussi copieux, trop selon nos voisins !).Une seule déception : les rillettes en entrée, beaucoup trop salées. Bons choix de vins.

The Restaurant is located at Montmartre. It is a small and unique restaurant. I had for dinner- Le foie gras d’oie en croûte façon Westermann- Le poulet de Bresse - Le fromage de brebis& confiture de cerises noires du pays Basquewhich was perfectly prepared. Also the recommended white wine from Bordeaux was fitting perfect so the money spend was worth it.Thumbs up!!

I cannot understand how this is considered a fine restaurant. The meat was not well cooked, the atmosphere was of a small tavern with no character. The service was OK but nothing more. You have so many other choices in Paris!
