A 9-course meal suspended in time. At the heart of the nature reserve, a real escapade in the Ardéchois region where all dishes come from the surrounding region. What a shame! The place is exceptional, on Google everything feels like, the menu (it is 3 years) like the comments except that it has nothing to see.
