I was in this place about 8 years ago, and I had a very nice memory of this place. So, of course, when we went by, I suggested going back and I was very excited to go back when I was on a big meal and a big ambience. I really wanted to be disappointed. First we arrived, I appreciated a little early for their standards (which was completely good for my standards, but I agree that these can differ) and the restaurant manager welcomed us in such a hard and nervous way that was really not pleasant. He sighed and told us we could have a table in an alcove, and the sound in his voice was really that he made us a huge favor... The table was in a smaller room on the side of the main dining room and...
Am 21. Oktober hatten wir ein Abendessen und buchten im Voraus einen Tisch, da wir wussten, dass es ein beliebter Ort ist. Ich würde sagen, dass sie keine 2m zwischen den Tischen haben und keine Barrieren (transparente Plastikwände) zwischen den Gästen. Wir wurden unhöflich behandelt, weil wir ein Formular im Zusammenhang mit COVID ausfüllen mussten. Später wurden wir im Fernsehen gefragt, ob wir dies online getan hätten, als wären wir Kinder. Der Service war gleichgültig, wir mussten lange auf die Rechnung warten und verpassten am Ende unseren Zug, weil wir zu spät am Bahnhof ankamen. Die Gnocchi waren einfach, nichts Unvergessliches. Das Hirschgulasch war gut und mit 28 CHF nicht teuer.
Had lunch here today sitting outside in the sun (plus trying to avoid anybody coughing inside). We both got the daily special salad dandelion greens with radishes, goat cheese and walnuts with a honey based dressing. It was massive! Plus a side of perfectly...cooked crispy fries. The service was friendly and well timed even though every table was full and the wait staff still managed to keep things running smoothly and with a smile. I'll definitely be back there were at least 10 other things on the carte that I want to try!
They have a great variety of menu options incl seasonal. Friendly helpful staff especially recommending the best Fitting local wine which are open and by the glass if you wish. Prices are Swiss high end, expensive by any standard but the quality of the dishes...is fine. Nice terrace in front in the busy shopping street with almost no cars. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
we appreciate this small bakery with some tables inside the ains only outside facing the sun of the afternoon. We can say that the quality of the service is perfect. That the quality of the products is excellent.Bravo to this team that ensures customer-oriented competence.
Kommt zu Geschäftsessen oder Abendessen, coole Atmosphäre, wenn man draußen sitzt und die Wanderer als Dekoration betrachtet. Das Essen ist interessant mit einem Hauch von asiatischem Einfluss. Die Preise sind zwar sehr hoch, aber nicht übertrieben hoch.
After visiting some of the historic sites, we needed a snack before continuing our visit to Sion to shop. The pastries and coffee were delicious, and the outside seating area was very comfortable.
