We went there for our wedding anniversary on 31 08 2022. We were three tables celebrating a birthday this afternoon. What a beautiful encounter!!!!! A restorative mistress who puts so much love and emotion in his dishes that I cried. Outstanding products whose origin is explained to you with passion. Le Delphinium is a really great culinary experience that I highly recommend. A beautiful couple leads this cozy restaurant near the beach in Valras-Plage. The menu offers various options such as fish, meat or seafood, all wonderfully cooked with fresh ingredients and prepared with love and care. We have visited this place in recent years and have never been disappointed.
Welcome rarely as friendly in a warm setting. Françoise and Olivier are two very beautiful people and have concocted an excellent refined meal with very fine products. I strongly recommend this table. Everything was perfect.
