Le Desert Blanc - Tisch resevieren

First the plus: the view of Mont Blanc is second to none! Worth riding the gondola even if you don't ski! But the eating experience was truly bad. Massive queues at both bar and self service restaurant (and I mean minutes plus), and a...confusing system not explained on menu or anywhere else which means you're likely to queue twice, topped off with disrespectful staff (the only place we encountered this in Flaine). The secret is queue at the bar for snacks ie stuff from the left hand page of the menu including burgers and go through to the self service part through the doors for everything else. This place is surreal on a glorious day. You travel in a gondola to the top of the mountain to find this place. On a few days we set off and it was cloudy and dismal minus the great snow. You head to the gondolas...and appear above the clouds to the sun beaming down on you and a view that takes your breath away which comes with a sensation of freedom and a vibe that you wish you could bottle up. We had food here twice. The first time was exceptional and the time was above average yet the hot wine, beer, and cider were great. You have the option to sit outside or inside and there is plenty of storage for skis and boards. If you are staying in Flaine then you will inevitably get to sample this...

It is a snack located at the top of the large dish with a unique view over the entire chain of the white mountain. Bar side, you can eat sandwiches, panini, croque-monsieur and Viennese. We're in line and we're carrying his tray. It's not very user-friendly. When it is beautiful, there is also a barbecue with potato chipo for 17 € or mixed grill for 27 €. I don't care about the music and the smell of scraps on this terrace, but it looks like it's nice. we ate a crunch-monsieur, fries, salad at 15 € but it's not cooking. my reco, take a coffee or a whipped chocolate on the sun chairs and get down to eat below!

We had a great time in this restaurant where the welcome is very nice. on the terrace, facing Mont Blanc, we had a good drink and well eaten before attacking the descent on foot. very good restaurant with a superb view of the white desert. The waitress was nice and the service was fast. The gourmet coffee was very good and the salmon tartare was excellent. My husband found out the diots. I recommend knowing that the bill was reasonable knowing that we didn't leave with hunger

good restoration with a super nice team and the viewpoint is unbeatable. Must pass for the good mood without counting the barbecue at 2500 meters

Great place. Even in a busy peak week there’s time for “service with a smile”. Good food and nice selection of hot cocktails to warm up.
