First contact telephone reservation ; A courteous and very professional exchange. First good impression. We announce our reservation as part of a recently offered Wonder Box: The manager reassures us that there was no menu defined by what it is a Wonder Box. We were free to choose “à la carte” up to the package in question, which suits us perfectly. Having been well advised and beautifully argued, I turned around 1⁄4 of Corbières that the wine map only offered to the glass. "No worries," said the manager.
