It is clear that these two young professionals, one at the service, the other at the stove, deserve to be encouraged. Some research, a desire to taste local products. For our part, we found the kitchen a little too alambicated, at the risk of putting in the second plane the flagship product of the plate. This is the risk of culinary research. For example, mussels with sate, coconut, miso, after a few minutes, these excellent mussels are covered in the mouth by coconut milk sugar.
