Assurément LE restaurant à ne pas manquer à Parthenay. Un passionné de cuisine qui sait marier les saveurs avec subtilité. L'accueil efficace et dynamique du propriétaire peut sembler un peu rude, mais prenez le temps. L'exigence qu'il s'impose laissera apparaître en fin de service un personnage exceptionnel, et vous comprendrez qu'il est en même temps serveur, sommelier et cuisinier ! Merci et bravo...
